This means our Client pays nothing until we place a Candidate with them. This is a powerful incentive for us to find the "Right" Candidate to fill our Client's needs.

• Do you have a current job description? If not, we will work with you to build a job description.
• Is the salary range established and, if not, what is a realistic range based on job, location, and company needs?
• Do you have requirements for education and/or a minimum of previous job experience?
• Do you want only local Candidates? If not, will you be providing relocation?
• Do you wish confidentiality or can we discuss your business name and market with Candidates?
  
  These are only a few of the concerns we address in determining your needs. We will help you refine these needs into a cohesive and concise description of the position you wish to fill.

• We make sure the Candidate's skill sets fit your job description.
• We make every effort to assure that our Candidates will accept the location of the position, the salary range, and, if the Candidate has a family, that they are on board with these conditions.
• We take company culture into consideration, trying to match a Candidate with your business style.
  
  Recruiting Resources will qualify a Candidate in much greater detail then just the points listed above. These are listed to assure you that we consider many factors before we forward an individual on to you, our Client.

• Each Candidate submission packet will contain a summary, cover letter, and resume.
• If a Candidate is being considered and the Client requests references, Recruiting Resources will obtain them.
• We will be a communication resource between you, our Client, and the Candidate. This includes assistance in setting up interviews, salary negotiations, and presenting your offer.
• We do not provide background checks, but can refer you to agencies that can help.
